• Hand-made Product Sensitivity
Our products are handmade, unique designs. Therefore, small texture differences or air bubbles are a natural part of the production process and are not considered a defect.

• Return Conditions
You can create a return request within 14 days of product delivery.

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

After approval, you will be sent shipping information.

After the product reaches us, the control process is completed and your return is completed within 3–5 business days.

If the stock status is suitable, the product can be exchanged. You can contact us to submit your exchange request.
