4.1. The product subject to this contract shall be legally delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, depending on the distance from the Buyer's residence, for each product, provided that it does not exceed a period of 30 (thirty) days. Any breach by the Seller of this obligation entitles the Buyer to terminate the contract for just cause. In the event of such termination, the Seller is obligated to reimburse the Consumer, including delivery costs, if any, collected from the Buyer upon the conclusion of this contract, plus any legal interest accrued pursuant to applicable legislation, within three business days from the date of receipt of the termination notice.
4.2. If the product subject to this contract is to be delivered to a third party other than the Buyer, the Seller shall not be held responsible for the refusal of this third party to accept delivery of the product.
4.3. Payment must be made upon signing this contract for the supply and delivery of the product subject to this contract to commence. If the price of the product covered by the contract is not paid, or is canceled through various channels after payment, the seller's obligation to supply and deliver the product will be terminated immediately, and the contract will be deemed automatically terminated.

If the buyer terminates the contract for this reason, the seller is obligated to refund the entire amount received for the establishment of this contract, including shipping costs, within three business days from the date the termination notice is received.
4.5. The seller remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer. However, if the buyer chooses a carrier other than the one designated by the seller for delivery, the seller is relieved of liability by delivering the product to the relevant carrier. Responsibility for the product is deemed to have passed to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier designated by the buyer.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL;
Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts:
5.1. In distance contracts concerning the sale of goods, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. The consumer may submit a written notice of withdrawal to info@gcraftlab.com. However, the buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal under the same conditions between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the product. The notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be in writing, and the burden of proof is upon the consumer.
5.3. If the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the third party or the Buyer must be returned to the Seller.
5.4. The provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply in determining the period of the right of withdrawal. Accordingly;
For products that are part of a single order and delivered separately, the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item is taken into account. For products consisting of multiple items, the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item is taken into account.
5.5. The cases in which the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal are as follows:
Products prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs; products presented in a tangible form if protective elements such as packaging, tape, or seals have been opened after delivery; and products considered periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under subscription agreements.
5.6. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and notifies the seller, the seller shall, within three business days from the date of receipt of the written notification, refund the product, including all costs and expenses.
